The T-62 is a soviet main battle tank that was first introduced in 1961. In February 1945, he was sent to study at the Gorky Tank School, which he successfully graduated from in 1947.

General Kutenkov passed all command positions. He commanded a company, a battalion, a regiment, a division. He subsequently graduated from the Academy of Armoured Forces in 1958 and the Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces in 1970.

From December 6, 1973 -1986 - Head of The Kharkov Guards Higher Tank Command School. During this time, he prepared and gave a ticket to the officers life more than one thousand officers, brought up hundreds of teaching staff.
