Books will vary in condition by issue.

Most are high grade 8.0 or better in my opinion. You may consider some mid grade especially without a press and clean.

Most have small spine ticks.

You will find spine ticking, corner blunting, and box folds. Edge wear and minor folds. Off sets. Overhangs. All the errors of a high grade book. Possible a few books may be mid grade.

Dirty. Books need a clean and press to reach their full potential. They have been sitting in a long box for many years. You will find box folds that should press out. If you want to grade them I definitely suggest you find a good presser to maximize the grade.
